341 Meetings
All Chapter 13 Section 341 Meetings will be conducted using Zoom pursuant to United States Trustee Procedures. Attorneys should verify the Debtors’ Photo Identification and Social Security Numbers prior to the 341 Meeting.
DO NOT email Debtors’ Identification Documents to Trustee’s Office.
341 Meeting Information from the United States Trustee
Requests for a 341 continuance should be submitted to the Trustee at least 7 days prior to the 341 Meeting.
For submission of redacted tax return transcripts, domestic support information (DSO) forms, or other documents prior to the Section 341 Meeting, attorneys should submit those to returns@ch13austin.com.
All documents should be provided to the Trustee’s office no later than 7 days prior to the 341 meeting.
