341 Meeting of Creditors
All Chapter 13 Section 341 Meetings will be conducted by telephone. Attorneys should verify the Debtors’ Photo Identification and Social Security Numbers prior to the 341 Meeting.
DO NOT email the Debtors’ Identification Documents to the Trustee’s Office.
Court Proceedings
