341 Meetings

  • Requests for 341 continuance should be submitted to the Trustee at least 7 days prior to the 341 Meeting.
  • Debtors must bring a government issued photo I.D. and an original social security card to the 341 Meeting.

    Payment Information

    • Pay orders should be filed with the court promptly after the filing of the petition. (Local Rule 3015(c)).  If the wage income is not sufficient to support the full plan payment, the pay order should be submitted for the maximum amount available. See below options for the remaining balance.
    • Debtors who prefer to make payments via eWage in place of a pay order should contact their attorney for assistance.

    For Debtors whose only income is from self employment:

    • Please see the ePay option under the ePay tab on this website. If a Debtor does not wish to utilize ePay, certified funds should be submitted to the lockbox each month. 

    Change of Payment Address

    • For a change of payment address, a Notice must be filed in the case and electronically served on the Trustee.
